Overview
The Video Editor will support the property marketing team by editing, enhancing, and delivering high-quality video content for residential property listings across digital platforms.
The role focuses on creating polished and engaging property videos, including short-form social media content and long-form listing videos. The successful candidate will ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, delivered on time, and consistent across multiple listings and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Edit property videos, including walkthroughs, highlight videos, and promotional content.
Create short-form videos and reels optimised for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms.
Edit long-form property videos for websites, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.
Enhance footage through colour correction, basic colour grading, stabilisation, and audio clean-up.
Add simple motion graphics, text overlays, location callouts, and branding elements.
Follow brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards consistently.
Optimise video formats, aspect ratios, and lengths for different platforms.
Work with marketing and sales teams to understand briefs, listing requirements, and priorities.
Maintain organised project files, footage, assets, and video libraries.
Manage multiple video projects while meeting tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, particularly for video editing and colour work.
Strong experience editing property and real estate videos.
Understanding of short-form and long-form video editing best practices.
Experience optimising video content for social media and digital platforms.
Strong attention to detail, pacing, and visual storytelling.
Ability to consistently follow and apply brand guidelines.
Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities efficiently.
