Wingstop is a US restaurant chain headquartered in Dallas, Texas, that operates and franchises a global network of restaurants serving classic and boneless chicken wings in a range of flavors, plus chicken sandwiches. It opened its first restaurant in 1994 in Garland, Texas, added franchised locations from 1997, is listed on Nasdaq and is expanding internationally through brand partners in markets including the UK, the UAE, Singapore and India. Its board covers restaurant general managers and guest experience staff around Dallas and Fort Worth, and corporate roles in marketing, social media, finance, supply chain, legal operations, product and AI transformation.

WHO WE ARE

We’re not in the wing business. We’re in the flavor business. It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.

Above all else - our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.

  • Lead distribution network capacity planning and execution to support the company’s growth trajectory of 250+ new restaurant openings annually, proactively assessing capacity needs and executing new distribution centers, market transitions, distributor conversions, and other network changes to ensure scalable, reliable distribution as the restaurant footprint expands.
  • Drive resolution of distribution and logistics service issues and corrective actions that protect product availability and restaurant service.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement and network optimization initiatives that improve service, reduce landed cost, increase efficiency, and strengthen distribution and logistics capabilities.
  • Drive corrective action plans with distribution partners to resolve recurring service or operational issues.
  • Lead business continuity and contingency execution for distribution disruptions, capacity constraints, weather events, supply interruptions, or other operational risks.
  • Develop actionable insights from distributor scorecards, inventory analysis, service data, and network performance.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management, distribution operations, service metrics, transportation, and cost-to-serve.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into operational actions.
  • Ability to influence external partners and internal stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
