岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 依据产品的SPEC和设计报告，制定量产测试方案，保证测试的覆盖率;

2. 负责芯片量产测试开发，包括CP、FT硬件的评估、设计、测试程序的开发及调试;

3. 负责项目各阶段测试验证工作，确保成功量产;

4. 负责测试相关导致的产品低良的分析及改善;

5. 负责测试良率改善与UPH优化。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 电子工程相关专业本科及以上学历，5年及以上芯片测试开发工作经验;

2. 熟悉计算机应用，能熟练使用至少一种计算机编程语言（如C，C++等）;

3. 熟悉集成电路测试原理及方法，精通ATE测试平台程序开发经验;

4. 符合艾为价值观：简单、皮实、智慧、靠谱。
