Team Lead - Invoicing Operations | Hyderabad | Work From Office | 24x7 Shift

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shift (Including Night Shifts)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Invoicing Operations - to manage a team of 10-15 associates and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Invoicing Operations, team management, stakeholder coordination, and KPI delivery within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10-15 associates.
• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs including Productivity, Quality, CSAT, AHT, Resolution, and Attendance.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.
• Handle clients and process escalations effectively.
• Collaborate with Quality, MIS, and other support functions for process improvements.
• Drive employee engagement, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
• Monitor team performance and prepare operational reports.
• Mentor new hires and support their onboarding and development.
• Manage operational tickets and business-critical activities as required.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience as a Team Lead in BPO/Operations environment.
• Hands-on experience in Invoicing/Billing processes is mandatory.
• Willingness to work from Hyderabad office in a 24x7 shift environment.
