We are looking for a Golang Senior Software Engineer to join our cross-functional DevOps team.

In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain reliable and scalable cloud-based software solutions using Golang. You will work with modern cloud technologies and contribute to solutions across the complete software lifecycle, from development and testing through deployment and operation.

You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software and continuously improve engineering practices.

Golang is a mandatory skill for this role. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, and Kubernetes is highly valued.

Here’s what you’ll focus on

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software components using Golang.

• Build reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions for cloud environments.

• Translate functional and technical requirements into effective software solutions.

• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following established engineering standards.

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

• Troubleshoot software and production issues and contribute to root-cause analysis.

• Work collaboratively across development, testing, deployment, and operational activities.

• Contribute to automation and improvements across the software delivery lifecycle.

• Work with modern cloud-native technologies and continuously expand your technical expertise.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, Product Owners, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, tooling, reliability, and quality.

You are a software engineer with strong hands-on experience in Golang and a passion for building reliable, scalable cloud-based solutions.

You enjoy solving technical problems, collaborating with others, and continuously improving your engineering skills. You are curious about modern cloud-native technologies and interested in working across development and operations.

Technical Skills

Must Have

• 8-12 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong hands-on professional experience with Golang (Go).

• Experience developing and maintaining software in cloud environments.

• Good understanding of software development principles and practices.

• Experience with Git and collaborative software development.

• Good understanding of software testing, code quality, reliability, and maintainability.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, particularly:

  • Helm

  • Terraform

• Experience with CI/CD, particularly:

  • GitHub Actions

  • ArgoCD

• Experience working with Kubernetes.

• Experience with cloud-native architectures and containerized applications.

• Experience with automation and operational tooling.

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability.

Beneficial Competence

• Experience working with Helm and Terraform.

• Experience building and maintaining GitHub Actions workflows.

• Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
