Wishlink was founded by3 friends from college, Chandan,Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series B round of $17.5M backed by leading global investors including Vertex Ventures SE Asia & India, Fundamentum and Elevation Capital.
The Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own scaled performance marketing across Meta and Google end to end - campaign execution, technical setup, budget allocation, and reporting. Our performance marketing and RoAS are growing, and we need someone who can scale that growth without losing grip on the mechanics underneath it.
You'll be the person who knows, at any moment, whether a rupee of ad spend is actually working or just looking like it is.
This is a hands-on senior role: you'll be running live campaigns from week one, actively involved in technical setup, reporting, and budget calls, working closely with the content and creative teams, merchandising, and the founders.
What You'll Own
- Campaign execution & scaling: run and scale performance campaigns across Meta (Awareness, Traffic, Sales - Catalog and Creator Video formats) and Google (Search, Shopping/Performance Max, Display).
- Budget & unit economics: own budget allocation across campaign types and audiences based on real CAC and RoAS, not just platform-reported dashboards.
- Technical & integration ownership: own pixel and Conversions API health on Meta, GA4 and Enhanced Conversions on Google, and Merchant Center feed health - you fix these yourself, not wait on platform support.
- Creative & audience testing: design and run structured tests - we test messaging pillars in Awareness before scaling winners into Traffic and Sales, and you'll own that pipeline end to end.
- Attribution & reporting: build and maintain campaign reporting at audience and creative level, cross-referenced against our own backend order data, not just what the ad platform claims.
- Cross-functional delivery: work closely with content and creative on ad assets, and with merchandising on what to actually promote.
- Diagnosis & fixes: catch and resolve delivery or tracking issues - a broken pixel, an eligibility error, a reporting discrepancy - without waiting for someone else to notice first.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years running performance marketing at real scale - hands-on execution across both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, not just strategy oversight. Over 30L monthly spends.
- Genuine technical fluency - comfortable in MMP, Events Manager, Conversions API setup, Google Tag Manager/GA4, Merchant Center.
- Strong quantitative instincts - you question a RoAS number before acting on it, not report it at face value.
- Ownership of budget calls - real accountability for CAC/RoAS outcomes, not just campaign uptime.
- eCommerce experience - experience in fashion/D2C ecommerce, or with creator-led paid amplification.
- Bonus: you have a knack of creative inputs.
