Our mission is to build a hyper-personalised shopping experience for every user, which is creator-led, so that every user can get exactly what they are looking for. We are on a mission to define new charters at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet - e-commerce and social media.

Team and Investor

We're 3 founders Chandan, Shaurya and Divyansh with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours. We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did). We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series B round of $17.5M backed by leading global investors including Vertex Ventures SE Asia & India, Fundamentum and Elevation Capital.

Role Overview

As a UX Designer at Wishlink, you will own end-to-end user experiences across our product ecosystem.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Business Teams and Designers to identify opportunities, define experiences, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality product outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thinking systematically and creating experiences that drive measurable business impact.

What Would You Be Doing?

Product Discovery

- Participate in product discovery and problem definition.

- Collaborate with PMs to understand user needs, business goals and technical constraints.

- Challenge assumptions and bring user-centric thinking into discussions.

- Convert ambiguous requirements into structured problem statements.

Product Development Research

Validate concepts before development.

Conduct usability testing on:

- Wireframes

- Prototypes

- Live products

Evaluate discoverability, usability, comprehension and adoption barriers.

Work with Product and Design teams throughout the product lifecycle.

UX Design

Design user journeys, workflows and interaction models.

Create:

- User flows

- Wireframes

- Information architecture

- Interactive prototypes

Simplify complex experiences without compromising functionality.

Design for edge cases, scalability and future growth.

User Validation

- Conduct usability testing and design validations.

- Analyze feedback and iterate on solutions.

- Partner with UX Researchers and Data teams to validate assumptions.

Systems Thinking

- Contribute to and leverage the design system.

- Create reusable interaction patterns.

- Ensure consistency across platforms and products.

- Think beyond screens and consider the broader ecosystem experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Engineers during implementation.

- Participate in design reviews and product critiques.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.

- Support successful launches and post-launch optimization.

What are We Looking For?

Must Have

- 3-7 years of experience designing digital products.

- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking.

- Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards or multi-step experiences.

- Strong understanding of:

- User-centered design

- Information architecture

- Interaction design

- Usability principles

- Ability to translate user needs into elegant product solutions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in:

- Figma

- Claude

Good To Have

- Experience in:

- Creator economy

- E-commerce

- Marketplaces

- SaaS

- Experience with research and usability testing.

- Understanding of analytics and experimentation.

- Familiarity with AI-powered product experiences.

- Experience building or scaling design systems.
