JOB SUMMARY
Wissen Technology is hiring an experienced F5 Engineer to support the engineering, automation, certification, integration, and maintenance of enterprise load balancing and DNS infrastructure. The role focuses on F5 LTM and GTM platforms, scalable network solutions, automation using Python and Ansible, and ensuring high availability for mission-critical applications.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
- F5 LTM & GTM administration and configuration (5+ years hands-on experience)
- F5 APIs, TMSH, iControl and iRulesdevelopment for traffic management
- Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, BGP, HTTP, HTTPSand SSL/TLS
- Python automation for infrastructure management and certification activities
- Ansible automation for deployment, configurationand operational tasks
- Linux command line administration and troubleshooting
- Load balancer performance tuning, monitoringand high availability design
Optional Skills (Good to Have)
- Cisco or Arista network infrastructure deployment
- DNS, DHCP and IPAM platform engineering
- Containerized and virtualized infrastructure environments
- Distributed web application architecture knowledge
- Version control systems, CI/CD pipelinesand SDLC practices
- F5, Cisco or equivalent industry certifications
Professional Attributes & Qualifications
- Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Networking, Engineeringor related field
- Leadership: Experience collaborating across engineering teams and mentoring junior engineers
- Ownership: Ability to drive end-to-end infrastructure initiatives independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management experience
- Analytical problem-solving skills for complex production environments
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain F5 LTM and GTM solutions for enterprise applications
- Perform certification and lab-based testing for new hardware and software releases
- Develop automation using Python and Ansible for infrastructure lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot complex network and load-balancing issues as an escalation point
- Work closely with architects, developersand operations teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Recommend and implement performance, stabilityand security improvements
- Maintaintechnical documentation, monitoringand operational standards
- Support DNS, traffic managementand agile infrastructure enablement initiatives
