Key Responsibilities

Preventative Maintenance (PM): Perform routine, scheduled maintenance across critical infrastructure to prevent downtime and optimize efficiency.

Data Center & Utility Cooling: Service high-performance cooling systems, including cleaning micro-filtration systems, secondary filtration loops, Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs), cooling loops, and chilled water (CW) lines.

Industrial HVAC & Air Systems: Maintain industrial HVAC/chiller systems and ensure the optimal performance of compressed air infrastructure (such as keeping compressed air generator dryer radiators clean).

Production Line Support: Assist with the basic troubleshooting and mechanical upkeep of production/manufacturing machinery, including Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines, reflow ovens, and Pick-and-Place (P&P) systems.

Energy Infrastructure Inspections: Conduct periodic physical inspections of on-site clean energy fuel cell generators to check for fluid or gas leaks, structural damages, or operational anomalies.

Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed logs of all completed PM tasks, system readouts, and parts replaced.
