Performance Marketing Analyst - Base44
As a Performance Marketing Analyst at Base44, you will lead our paid user acquisition strategies, manage large-scale advertising campaigns, and optimize performance across direct-response channels to drive sustainable growth. You will turn complex data into actionable growth initiatives and stay ahead of emerging advertising trends.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Manage and scale high-budget paid advertising campaigns across key platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, X/Twitter, and other top-tier ad networks).
Analyze performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and continuously optimize campaigns to meet business KPIs.
Leverage big data and market trends to uncover new growth channels and audience segments.
Test, integrate, and master new advertising features and platform capabilities.
Collaborate closely with product, creative, and data teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals
2+ years of experience in an analytical role; tech or marketing experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with proven experience translating raw data into actionable growth strategies.
Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of leading initiatives end-to-end.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (SQL knowledge - a strong advantage).
Fluent English (written and spoken).
