Product Marketing Manager
We're looking for an experienced marketer with a strong track record of growth plays, who owns an audience and is accountable for growing Base44 through it - understanding that audience deeply, shaping the product to serve it, positioning Base44 for it, and running the campaigns and channel presence that reach it. You're marketer first: you have real instincts for what makes people click, sign up, and stick around, backed by experience running campaigns and growth experiments. And you're AI-native in how you work - you use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar to move faster and build things most marketers would need a team for.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Own an audience and a growth number - from strategy to execution - using AI to accelerate every step, not replace your judgment
Create campaigns, landing pages, product content, and customer stories at a speed and volume that would be impossible without AI fluency
Run growth experiments across channels, rapidly testing messaging, creatives, and audiences to find what drives sign-ups and engagement
Build your own tools, automations, and AI workflows to solve marketing problems faster than the old way would allow
Lead product launches alongside Product and Growth teams - shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
Stay on the bleeding edge of AI capabilities, scouting new models and tools and applying them to marketing before anyone else does
Proven marketing experience as a PMM at a B2C tech, growth-oriented company - campaigns you've run to acquire new customers, enter new markets, or launch new products, with real numbers you've moved
Strong intuition for audience and positioning, with a bias toward growth and new customer acquisition, not just retention
Genuine AI fluency - you've built with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, or similar, and it's now part of how you work, not a novelty
High agency and independence - you own projects end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
Strong written communication - you can simplify complex ideas and write copy that connects
Comfort with speed and ambiguity - you thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift
We are seeking candidates based in the NYC area who can visit our NYC office 3x per week
The marketing team at Base44 is a dynamic group dedicated to crafting compelling narratives and driving impactful campaigns that resonate with B2B audiences. By leveraging cutting-edge tools and customer insights, we ensure our strategies are data-driven and aligned with market needs. Collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence define our approach as we work to elevate the Base44 brand and its offerings in the competitive B2B landscape.
Expected base compensation salary range $160,000 - $175,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
