Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verhandlung und Erstellung von Wartungsverträgen gemeinsam mit Auftraggebern
  • Kundenbetreuung sowie Nachunternehmerbindung
  • Abfrage von Ersatzteilen inklusive eigenständiger Bestellung und Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Rechnungslegung gegenüber Auftraggebern und Rechnungsprüfung für aufgegebene Bestellungen
  • Einsatzplanung der Wartungsmitarbeiter
  • Dokumentation, Protokollerstellung und Betreuung des digitalen Archivs
  • allgemeine administrative Unterstützung des Teamleiters bei der Erfüllung von Wartungsverträgen

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der administrativen Projektabwicklung
  • Kenntnisse im Anlagenbau
  • versierter Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und gängigen ERP-Systemen
  • verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Englischkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
