Program Manager - Semiconductor / Chip Development

We are seeking a Program Manager with a strong background in semiconductor or embedded systems development to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of next-generation radar systems. This role requires a deep technical understanding of the silicon development lifecycle combined with advanced program management capabilities to ensure successful execution from concept through production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You own the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex chip development programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets across the full silicon lifecycle (concept to tape-out to production).
• You lead cross-functional teams across architecture, RTL design, verification, physical design, validation, test, packaging, and manufacturing to ensure seamless execution and integration.
• You act as the primary interface between engineering teams, operations, external partners (e.g., IP vendors, foundries, OSATs), management, and customers, driving alignment and clear communication at all levels.
• You manage the end-to-end silicon development lifecycle, including program milestones such as architecture definition, design, verification, tape-out, silicon bring-up, validation, qualification, and product ramp-up.
• You identify and manage technical dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple disciplines, ensuring timely decision-making and effective mitigation strategies.
• You drive execution transparency through structured program reviews, dashboards, and regular reporting of status, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators.
• You ensure readiness across all program phases, including design sign-off, validation strategy, and manufacturing preparedness, while continuously improving development processes and methodologies.
• When requirements or priorities change, you assess impacts at the program level and steer cross-functional teams through transitions while maintaining schedule and quality commitments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductors, ASIC/SoC, or embedded systems development.
• Strong understanding of chip development flows, including architecture, RTL design, verification, physical implementation, tape-out, and silicon validation.
• Solid program management expertise (planning, risk management, dependency tracking, stakeholder communication) and familiarity with industry-standard methodologies (e.g., PMI, IPMA).
• Automotive experience (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE) is a plus.
• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear messages for both technical and executive stakeholders.
