About WopeCar
WopeCar is a car rental agency based in Accra, Ghana, focused on providing reliable vehicle rental services to its customers. We are seeking a dynamic, commercially minded, and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing activities, expand our customer base, and strengthen our brand presence in Ghana.
About the Role
As the Marketing & Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, attract new customers, and build long-term business relationships. You will identify and secure corporate accounts, negotiate long-term contracts, manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, and lead content creators and external marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies that increase revenue, expand market reach, and support WopeCar’s business objectives.
- Develop Corporate Accounts: Identify prospective business clients, pitch WopeCar’s services, negotiate agreements, and close B2B corporate accounts and long-term rental contracts.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners to generate repeat business and long-term growth.
- Lead Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, events, and public relations.
- Strengthen Brand Awareness: Develop marketing initiatives that position WopeCar as a trusted car rental service provider in Ghana.
- Manage Content Creators and Agencies: Lead content creators, coordinate external marketing agencies, and ensure marketing materials align with the company’s brand identity and objectives.
- Identify Market Opportunities: Research customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Monitor Sales and Marketing Performance: Track campaign results, sales performance, customer acquisition, and revenue growth to assess effectiveness and improve outcomes.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline: Monitor prospective clients, follow up on leads, and guide opportunities through the sales process to successful closure.
- Lead and Develop Teams: Provide direction, set clear objectives, and support team members in achieving sales and marketing targets.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in sales, business development, and marketing.
- A proven track record of closing deals, securing business accounts, and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing marketing activities.
- Experience developing corporate relationships and negotiating long-term business contracts.
