Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• At least 2-5 years of Commercial Software Sales experience with the technology space. Ideally with a SaaS or PaaS vendor
• A proven ability to generate new business sales.
• An ability to communicate with senior executives in mid-size business, up to C-level

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

• High level of comfort presenting key client issues, be the customer advocate within Workato
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations
• Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with a passion for making an impact
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese, English skill is plus. In order to communicate with multi-lingual stakeholders externally and internally.

• 日本の営業マネージャーへのレポートとなります。
• 日本全国の中堅企業顧客、エンタープライズ・ネームド顧客をターゲットにした地域プランを策定し、実行します。
• 新規ビジネスセールスに焦点を当て、直接販売するかチャネルパートナーを通じて販売します。
• SDR、パートナーセールス、およびマーケティングチームと連携し、すべてが地元に拠点を置いています。
• 自分の持っているアカウントのCレベルのエグゼクティブへ戦略的アドバイザーとして行動し技術的および非技術的なアドバイスを出します。自動化と統合の潜在能力を最大限に活用するお手伝いをします。

応募資格・経験・スキル

• テクノロジースペースでの商用ソフトウェアセールス経験が2〜5年以上あること。SaaSまたはPaaSへの理解がある方
• 新規ビジネスセールスを生成する実績がある方
• 中規模のビジネスのシニアエグゼクティブとコミュニケーションをとる能力がある方
