About the Role:
We are looking for an aggressive, results-driven Sales Hunter to drive net-new logo acquisition among Global Capability Centers (GCCs) being established or scaled in India. The role will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from identifying and engaging GCC leadership to developing opportunities and structuring high-value transformation deals across Data Engineering, Cloud Analytics, and Enterprise AI. The ideal candidate must bring a strong and active GCC executive network and a proven track record of selling complex technology and data services to multinational organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive net-new logo acquisition by targeting new and expanding GCCs in India.
- Build and maintain relationships with GCC Heads, Site Leaders, Global CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, MDs and senior sourcing/procurement stakeholders.
- Leverage an established GCC network to identify and accelerate new business opportunities.
- Identify GCCs that are setting up, expanding or scaling their operations in India.
- Sell and position solutions around:
1. Data Engineering
2. Data & Analytics
3. Cloud
4. Enterprise AI / GenAI
5. Digital and Technology Transformation
- Position solutions around platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure and GCP.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
- Drive high-value opportunities around offshore engineering services, data modernization and GenAI initiatives.
- Work closely with pre-sales and marketing teams to develop targeted GCC-focused go-to-market strategies.
- Develop account and market strategies focused on GCC expansion, technology modernization, talent scaling and AI adoption.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Build competitive intelligence and market insights around the Indian GCC ecosystem.
Candidate Requirements:
- 12 - 16 years of overall experience in enterprise technology sales, IT services sales or related B2B technology sales.
- Significant and demonstrable experience selling to GCCs in India.
- Proven track record of net-new logo acquisition and hunting.
- Must have an active and established GCC executive network/rolodex.
- Strong relationships with GCC Heads, Site Heads, CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, MDs and/or senior sourcing executives.
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of Data, Analytics and AI services.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake and at least one major hyperscaler - AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Experience selling technology/data services to multinational organizations.
- Strong business development, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
- MBA is preferred.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Experience selling into GCCs across sectors such as:
- Financial Services
- Capital Markets
- Manufacturing
