Creative Designer (experience with US graphic design is required)

• Design social media posts, carousels, banners, and promotional graphics.
• Create advertising creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Produce 2D animations, motion graphics, and animated explainer videos.
• Create illustrations, character animations, and animated visual elements.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos, including reels, testimonials, interviews, and promotional videos.
• Design website banners, landing page graphics, infographics, and other digital assets.
• Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Use AI tools for image generation, video creation, animation, and creative enhancement.
• Adapt creative assets for different platforms, dimensions, and formats.
• Maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality, editable creative files.

Hard Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, creative design, multimedia design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in graphic design, social media creatives, advertising materials, and digital content production.
• Hands-on experience with video editing, motion graphics, and 2D animation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard creative software, such as:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Canva
  • Other relevant graphic design and video editing applications
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create platform-specific creatives for social media and digital advertising.
• Familiarity with different video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and export requirements.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools for image generation, video production, animation, and design enhancement.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, accept constructive feedback, and deliver quality work within deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 9AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time Zone

Offer and Benefits:

• Weeks 1-4: $6 CAD/hour
• Weeks 5-8: $7 CAD/hour
• Weeks 9 onwards: $8 CAD/hour
