What you’ll own
- Utilize RPA and AI Agents to lead high-impact process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience across our payment’s organization.
- Partners with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Commercial teams to solve complex business challenges.
- Analyze current-state processes, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Develop and track key performance metrics to measure success and uncover future optimization opportunities.
- Facilitate cross-functional programs and drive stakeholder alignment to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Conduct root cause, cost-benefit, and operational analyses to support informed business decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on operational excellence, process re-engineering, and continuous improvement best practices.
What you’ll bring
- Deep expertise in payments, financial services, and the regulatory landscape, with the ability to navigate complex business and operational environments.
- An understanding of tooling to support automation of manual processes, inclusive of UI Path for RPA Automation and AI agents.
- Proven experience leading process transformation and operational excellence initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying opportunities, influencing decisions, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from individual contributors to executive leadership, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Experience partnering across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Commercial teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and building scalable solutions.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $96,500.00-$145,625.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.
