What you’ll own
As a Senior Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with stakeholders across the APAC region. You will help shape the strategy of recruiting across our business and measurably impact the growth of the company by hiring top talent in key roles. Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform full cycle recruiting for the commercial teams by conducting in-depth requisition launch meetings, advertising, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure that only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers.
- Guide hiring managers through interviews, selection, and offer stages.
- Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, conducting phone screens, coordinating interview schedules, summarizing feedback, making hiring recommendations, and managing the offer process.
- Successfully track progress on requisitions and candidates within Workday.
- Maintain a focus on the marketplace and communicate market intelligence as appropriate
- Properly advise stakeholders using data and best hiring practices
What you’ll bring
- Previous in-house recruitment experience for commercial and corporate roles within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience directly sourcing candidates through database search, online CV tanks, job boards and online networking
- Demonstrated knowledge and relationships with regional recruitment agencies and executive search suppliers
- Competency based interviewing experience
- Understanding of recruitment, resourcing best practice, and knowledge of relevant employment legislation
- Fintech or payments industry experience preferred
- Bi-lingual skills in English and Mandarin required
