About the job

Are you a trade-qualified Electrician, Mechanic or Fitter ready to take your career in a new direction? This is an exciting opportunity to bring your existing industrial skills into the growing renewable energy sector.

We have two permanent Wind Turbine Technician positions available, based in the Ararat/Crowlands area. We’re looking to appoint one technician with an electrical background and one with a mechanical background.

Working as part of a supportive, safety-focused team, you’ll help maintain the safe and reliable operation of wind turbines by completing planned maintenance, breakdown repairs and equipment upgrades. You’ll also receive fully funded training in wind turbine systems, GWO and relevant high-voltage requirements.

If you have industrial electrical or mechanical experience, a hands-on approach and an interest in renewable energy, we’d love to hear from you. Previous wind turbine experience is highly regarded but not essential.
