About the Role
We're looking for a commercially-savvy, entrepreneurial media leader to take ownership of an existing client portfolio - with a clear mandate to grow it. This is not a maintenance role. You'll be accountable for deepening client relationships, expanding scope of work, and converting strong delivery into incremental revenue.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end leadership of the existing business portfolio, with a growth target attached
- Translating brand priorities into commercially successful cross-platform campaigns
- Full-funnel ownership (upper → mid → lower), planned as one brand ecosystem - not siloed activations
- Identifying and converting organic growth opportunities within current accounts (scope expansion, new brands, new services)
- Driving alignment across planning, media, commerce, advocacy and data
- Senior partnership with client stakeholders, including commercial negotiation and renewal

Set a clear operating rhythm:
- Weekly WIPs (funnel health & priorities)
- Monthly business reviews (commercial + performance)
- Quarterly strategic reviews and forward plans
Ensure planning decisions drive execution - not the other way around.

Who You Are
- 10-15 years' experience in media, planning, or client leadership roles
- Proven track record of growing existing accounts - not just retaining them
- Strong understanding of full-funnel media and commerce dynamics
- Commercially sharp: comfortable owning revenue targets and negotiating scope/value with senior clients
- Structured operator who can run a matrixed team without direct reporting lines
- Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong written and verbal communication - able to build and defend a commercial narrative with clients and internally
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
