This is a role for a client-focused Project Manager Campaign Manager/Content Producer to manage all aspects of the Benelux and Nordics markets asset design, localisation, and production projects. The Project Manager will be based on-site at the client so needs to be able to build strong client relationships, ensure all work adheres to client guidelines and meets brand requirements, timelines and deadlines, working directly with the client to interpret requests and traffic work into WPP Production teams, taking into account resource, timelines and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities.
Campaign Localisation and Development & Content Management
- Lead branded partnership initiatives, especially for Beauty, from briefing to execution coordinating stakeholder alignment, approvals, and E2E process.
- Lead and coordinate localisation of master creative assets for paid social and campaign content across multiple markets and languages (BeNeLux and Nordics).
- Brief designers and manage the production of localised content, ensuring clear creative direction and execution excellence.
- Own and manage monthly campaign plans in Monday.com and content deployment schedules aligned with launch and media objectives.
- Preparing E2E and trafficking media assets to IPG for market deployment.
New Product Development (NPD) Launch Readiness & Quality Assurance (Cross-Category)
- Align and deploy consistent Ways Of Working cross-category to ensure customer launch readiness of NPD
- Lead and manage end to end launch readiness for all upcoming NPDs.
- Gathering, validating and coordinate product information across multiple SKUs x-categories
- Creating and localising PDP content and imagery for BNL and NOR markets
- Creating and localisation of manuals and supporting legal documentation.
Reviews, Accreditation & Strategic Activations(Cross-Category and regions)
- Lead end to end review programs for NPDs.
- Manage consumer testing, test panels participants, sampling, and review-generation programs to support NPD launches.
- Coordinate execution of review acquisition initiatives and ensure assets are available for retailer and campaign activation.
Stakeholder & Project Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client and cross-functional stakeholder teams.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from briefing through to final asset approval.
- Develop project timelines, manage resources, budgets, and priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
- Own and manage workflows within Monday.com and relevant WPP/client systems.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive stakeholder alignment throughout project execution.
Requirements
- Agency experience gained working on global marketing accounts, ideally with a localisation background
- Demonstrate expertise in the delivery of projects through management of client expectations, internal processes and department involvement
- Demonstrable experience in managing large scale, complex and multi-market projects
- Knowledge of NPD launch processes, including product content, retailer requirements, and go-to-market readiness.
- Experience managing multi-market content, localisation, and campaign delivery projects, ideally within beauty, FMCG, retail, or consumer brands.
- A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems
- The ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently within very tight timeframes
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and tight time frames
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking ability and passion for the work are essential
- Demonstrate clear thinking under pressure.
- Candidate must be fluent in Dutch
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Manage client expectations and ensure agreed workflows are followed.
- Project Management of end-to-end delivery of all projects, including:
- Receiving and interrogating client briefs to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Creating project briefs, timing plans and cost estimates.
- Communicating and negotiating priorities and deadlines with internal and external teams.
- Organsing and coordinating schedules, distributing workload, and tracking project progress and allocated budget.
- Managing the localisation of master artworks into multiple market languages.
- Managing the production of localised content with onsite designer resources
- Laise with local media team for content and campaign activation
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues, escalating as needed.
- Act as a brand QC/Guardian. Ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists, and procedures are consistently followed.
- Brief designers and production teams, ensuring correct creative direction. Work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
- Manage work using relevant WPP and Client technologies and adhere to agreed processes, ensuring best practices are applied at all times.
- Own and manage all creative workflows in Monday.com, from briefing and project setup through to final asset approval.
- Lead localisation of paid social content for Beauty NPD launches across the Benelux and Nordics.
- Develop monthly campaign plans and content deployment schedules to support launch and media objectives.
- Manage the trafficking and delivery of beauty paid media assets to agency partners.
- Lead branded partnership initiatives, coordinating stakeholder alignment, approvals, and execution.
- Oversee the end-to-end content readiness process for NPD launches, including product information, copy localization, PDP content, retailer assets, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign activation across owned, paid, and retail channels.
- Manage consumer testing and review generation programs to support successful NPD launches.
