What does a Recruiting Coordinator do at WPP Production?

We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator  based in Hyderabad (HYD) to provide operational and administrative support to our California (CA) Talent Acquisition team. This role is approximately 80% administrative/coordination-focused - covering offer management, background verification (BGV), and broader TA administrative support - with the remaining time spent supporting recruiting activities as needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to build a strong foundation in TA operations, process, and compliance, while getting hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruiting support for a fast-paced global team.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support:

• Prepare, process, and track offer letters, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround in coordination with the CA TA team.
• Initiate, track, and follow up on background checks, flagging discrepancies or delays and coordinating resolution with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Support the CA TA team with day-to-day coordination tasks, documentation, and process upkeep to keep hiring moving smoothly.
• Act as a reliable HYD-based point of contact for CA-based recruiters, ensuring handoffs and follow-ups happen without delay despite time zone differences.

Recruiting Support (as needed):

• Assist with candidate sourcing, initial screening, and pipeline building when pulled in to support live requisitions.
• Help schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Support timely, consistent candidate communication in line with TA standards.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination and operations, or a related administrative/TA support role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, track details accurately, and follow through without things falling through the cracks.
• Comfortable working within structured processes (offer letters, BGV, ATS records) and following compliance and documentation standards.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication, with the ability to coordinate effectively with CA-based stakeholders across time zones.
• Willingness to flex between administrative work and recruiting support based on team needs.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) or willingness to learn quickly.
• Interest in building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition, with eagerness to learn from a global TA team.
