Key Areas of Responsibility

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Receive, interpret and translate client briefs into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams, ensuring project objectives and requirements are fully understood.

• Conduct thorough quality control checks on all deliverables prior to client submission, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. 

• Coordinate closely with internal teams (e.g. Print, Moving Image, Broadcast and Studio) to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

• Manage project costings, revenue trackers, billing and financial administration, while maintaining a strong understanding of project profitability and commercial performance.
• Own project timelines, deliverables and budgets, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues and proposing solutions before they escalate.
• Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the client's brand, objectives and campaign requirements.
• Highlight and escalate quality control issues, risks or project concerns in a timely manner.
• Work across multiple platforms and systems as part of day-to-day project management and workflow processes.

• Support continuous improvement of operational processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• Confident in leading client conversations and meetings, with the ability to converse clearly and manage expectations effectively.

• Foundational production knowledge with the ability to support end-to-end campaign delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Excellent project management, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, projects, workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.

• Comfortable working additional hours during peak project periods to support client and business needs.

• Experience working in a TV, creative, print or digital production role is essential.
• Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure while managing competing deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential; additional languages (Korean, Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Chinese) are advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across clients and internal teams.
• Experience managing and servicing international or regional accounts with multiple stakeholders is desirable.

• Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of project scoping, agency profitability, budgeting and billing processes.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the confidence and maturity to challenge constructively when appropriate.
