Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a large workforce, coordinate project activities, and ensure efficient manpower deployment and resource utilisation.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and project activities.
• Manage and supervise a workforce of 300 or more employees.
• Plan and coordinate manpower deployment, work schedules, and operational requirements.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Resolve operational issues and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Manage operational costs, resources, and workforce requirements.
• Ensure smooth coordination between management, supervisors, and employees.
• Collect feedback from clients on staff performance and take necessary actions to improve service quality.
• Coordinate and arrange all necessary logistics, manpower, equipment, and resources required for project operations.
• Manage and oversee the operations of multiple projects, including projects operating 24hours a day.
• Need to respond to work-related emails, calls, and messages during weekends and public holidays when operationally required.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in operations management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising a workforce of at least 300employees.
• Strong experience in manpower planning, workforce deployment, and daily operational management.
• Good leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large operational teams and multiple project sites.
• Knowledge of Singapore workplace safety regulations and operational practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
• Ability to work independently and handle operational challenges effectively.
• Must be qualified with a Diploma or Degree.
• Ability to manage 24-hour operations effectively.
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule with no fixed day off, based on operational requirements.
• Able to travel to multiple project locations as required.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence and be ableto drive.
