岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、与销售和研发团队一起接洽项目标案，组织需求沟通、报价BOM转化及成本核算、生产可行性及制造费用评估工作，推动项目落地;

2、受理沟通客户产品需求，提出产品开发需求，以客制化项目管理的方式组织和参与客户项目产品开发;

3、主导处理客户样机送样需求，确保客户样机按照计划的时间、成本、质量交付，对送样设备的情况进行跟踪和反馈;

4、支持试产团队做好试产转产，协调解决量产产品生产异常处理;

5、批量产品版本管理，产品全生命周期管理;

6、分析检查订单需求信息，并分解客制化物料需求，确认客制化包材/软件资料，提供包材需求、BOM制作申请;

7、维护良好的客户关系，及时响应和处理客户产品投诉。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、专业不限。通信、电子、外贸、英语等相关专业优先

2、在校有社团和大型活动组织经验最佳。

3、英语可作为工作语言，能与海外客户独立沟通，参与各种电话会议。

4、做事细心，认真负责; 思路清晰，逻辑性强。
