The Account Executive  acts as the primary day-to-day client contact, dedicated to supporting and growing existing accounts. In this role, you will ensure all project outcomes align with client specifications while delivering world-class creative work. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities and contribute directly to overall client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Account Management:  Support all aspects of daily account management, including managing internal documentation and project tracking for each account.
• Client & Strategy Support:  Work closely with Account Managers and Directors to develop and implement account plans, build client relationships, and drive strategic thinking.
• Project Scoping & Delivery:  Obtain key client requirements and brief project teams accurately to ensure effective project scoping, execution, and delivery.
• Quality Assurance & Risk Management:  Review team deliverables to ensure high-quality standards. Anticipate and proactively advise management on potential client or revenue-related issues.
• Internal Collaboration:  Foster positive, collaborative relationships with internal team members across all levels of the organization.
• Business Growth:  Contribute to the achievement of annual revenue growth targets by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience:  Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience within a digital or marketing agency.
• Client Service & Organization:  Client service-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Problem Solving:  Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Communication:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Key Attributes:  A proactive self-starter with an innovative, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Technical Skills:  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
