Your role in a nutshell

You’ll be the go-to person for one of our key clients - the one who keeps everything running smoothly, on time, and with quality our client can count on.

From managing projects and campaigns to making sure every stakeholder knows exactly what’s happening, you’ll turn plans into flawless delivery. And because we work in an international environment, you’ll be connecting with people across different markets (and yes, 100% in English).

What you’ll be doing day-to-day

• Managing projects from A to Z - digital assets, campaigns, event materials, and adaptations of central team content.
• Keeping every project on track (timelines, progress, reporting) and making sure everyone - from colleagues to clients - is in the loop.
• Building rock-solid relationships with clients and agency partners, especially during moments of organisational change.
• Tracking the client’s brand, industry trends, and competitor moves so you’re always ahead of the game.
• Joining regular market status calls and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

What will make you successful here

• Experience:  1+ years in a similar role (agency or in-house).
• Location: Based in or near Warsaw - able to work from our office twice a week.
• Language: Excellent English (C1) -Polish not required.
• Skills:  Strong organisation, time management, and detail orientation.
• Tools:  Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana are a plus.
• Mindset:  Independent yet collaborative, adaptable, problem-solving, and confident with stakeholders.

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role, our offer will be determined within this range based on our internal benchmark, reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.

In addition to the salary range provided, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees' well-being and professional growth. 6 333 zł—12 500 zł PLN
