HR Operations Supervisor

Oversee daily HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, and HR documentation.
Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave balances, and employee data with the payroll team.
Manage employee queries, grievances, and escalate where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Support HR projects such as employee engagement programs, performance appraisals, and training coordination.
Collaborate with line managers to ensure HR policies are consistently implemented across departments.
Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and headcount.
Assist in talent acquisition efforts and coordination with recruitment agencies or job platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
Strong understanding of labor laws, factory compliance, and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
Preferably resident at Zayed or October.
