Key Account Executive

To manage assigned customer accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop long-term business relationships and sales opportunities.

• Manage assigned customer accounts and act as the main point of contact.

• Handle customer inquiries, requirements, quotations, and commercial offers.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper sampling, order processing, production, and delivery.

• Follow up on customer orders, approvals, feedback, and required modifications.

• Keep customers updated on order status, delivery schedules, delays, or changes, and coordinate appropriate solutions.

• Follow up after delivery to ensure orders are received correctly and meet customer expectations.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and monitor customer satisfaction.

• Identify opportunities for new products, additional volumes, and business growth.

• Maintain accurate customer and order records and prepare regular account reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

• Good command of English.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
