Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the restaurant team, and ensure high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Supervise, train, and motivate the restaurant team.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

• Monitor inventory, control operating costs, and minimize waste.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining.

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience with different types of cuisines.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
