Treasury Accountant

Process payments by checks, bank transfers, and cash accurately and on time.
Manage daily cash transactions and maintain accurate cash records.
Monitor bank balances and cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available.
Prepare and process bank transfers and payment requests in accordance with company procedures.
Reconcile bank statements with accounting records and investigate any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all treasury transactions and supporting documents.
Monitor cash receipts and payments and ensure proper recording in the accounting system.
Prepare daily cash and bank reports for management.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with banks and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
Monitor the employees custody and validate it to be reimbursement.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in treasury, cashiering, or cash handling.
Intermediate English skills, with the ability to read and write routine work-related emails.
Good command of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Basic knowledge of cash management, payment processing, and accounts payable procedures.
Basic understanding of bank and cash reconciliation.
Familiarity with accounting software and financial record-keeping.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal departments.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
