Job Responsibilities :
- Understand customer expectations and gather client requirements either onshore or offshore.
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework and Angular.
- Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance frontend components using Angular (v10+ preferred).
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using C#, .NET.
- Implement responsive UI/UX designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Effectively manage all the documentation related to the product and present towards continuous work, maintenance, and improvement.
- Develop test plans, scenarios and user stories as per the business requirements to match functional requirements.
- Manage and report customer's escalations with timely response and satisfactory resolution and accurately maintain and implement change requests.
- Identify the features to implement for product development.
- Design and document the process functionalities for product development.
- Ensure on time, on budget, quality deliveries with customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications and Skills :
- P&C Insurance Experience - with Valid experience stating about previous applications he/she has worked for.
- Strong experience in .NET technologies .NET 6+ (C# / MVC / Web API).
- Hands-on experience with Angular (v8+; v18+ preferred).
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Experience in REST API design and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Entity Framework / LINQ / Dapper.
- Proficiency in SQL Server or relational databases.
- Good understanding of OOPs principles and design patterns.
- Experience with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
- Familiarity with Git.
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, JIRA).
Key Requirement for the Position :
- Should have working experience in IT industry and good understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
- Should have experience as a fullstack .Net + Angular/React Implementation.
- Experience with state management (NgRx).
- Experience working with Microservices architecture.
- Exposure to application architecture patterns (e.g., layered architecture, clean architecture, domain-driven design).
- Should have experience managing international (US/European/APAC) client.

- Strong communication (fluency in written and verbal communication in English).

Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
