Principales responsabilidades
- Captación y administración de cartera.
- Gestión de oportunidades comerciales.
- Enrolamiento de Pymes en nuestra App.
- Uso plataforma backoffice y App.
- Gestionar repositorios de documentos e información relevante.
- Gestión en la solicitud y repositorio de antecedentes.
- Apoyo cobranza y notificaciones.
- Trabajar de cerca con el área de Corporativos, Operaciones, Comercial y Marketing.
¿Qué necesitas para brillar?
- Experiencia mínima de 6 meses el área de ventas
- Pasión por Xepelin y el problema que resolvemos.
- Foco en impacto e historia consistente, entregando resultados para usuarios y el negocio.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Habilidad para influenciar equipos multidisciplinarios sin autoridad formal.
- Excelentes habilidades para trabajar en equipo. Ser humilde y saber colaborar.
- Ser un ejemplo de la cultura de Xepelin internamente y externamente.
