Principales responsabilidades

  • Prospectar leads provenientes del equipo de growth y otras bases de datos o redes.
  • Aplicar los filtros de riesgos para generar contactos calificados, y transferirlos al equipo de ventas.
  • Conocer a cabalidad los filtros de riesgos para poder evaluar los leads.
  • Gestión y seguimiento de sus prospecciones con mayor potencial.
  • Manejar herramientas de prospección y CRM.
  • Trabajar en coordinación con el área de growth y ventas.
  • Cumplir metas de llamadas, conversión a contactos calificados y activaciones.

¿Qué necesitas para brillar?

  • Experiencia de 1 año como SDR o BDR o ventas telefónicas
  • Conocimientos básicos de conceptos financieros.
  • Destreza en la generación y calificación de leads.
  • Habilidades de comunicación desarrolladas y poder de convencimiento.
  • Gusto en el proceso de venta, dar feedback, aprender, querer descubrir nuevas formas y oportunidades de venta.
  • Orientación a los resultados.
