1. 负责中国区新零售业务/服务系统的开发和维护工作
2. 负责分析业务需求，带领团队完成系统架构设计和开发
3. 负责相关系统长期规划，保障新业务高效开展
4. 负责新零售业务系统长期质量稳定性建设
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 扎实的计算机专业基础，熟悉常用算法和数据结构及Java web开发
2. 熟悉常用互联网协议、熟悉Linux、多线程、IO模型、RPC等
3. 了解常用互联网常用组件原理，Mysql、Redis、RocketMQ、ES等
4. 具备一定的系统架构经验，能独立完成复杂系统架构设计
5. 具备良好的编码习惯和代码规范，能够编写高质量的代码和文档
6. 具备良好的自我驱动和学习能力，对解决有挑战的问题充满热情，责任心强，不断追求卓越
7. 有新零售、电商相关工作经验优先
