Spanish Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant

As a Spanish Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant, you will help support healthcare teams by contributing to patient-facing virtual services in a fast-paced medical practice environment. This role is well suited to someone who is confident communicating clearly in both Spanish and English, comfortable working across digital systems, and motivated by providing reliable support that helps care teams and patients stay connected.

Requirements

• Graduate of BS Nursing or any Allied Health course is preferred.
• Non-health backgrounds are acceptable, provided you are proficient in Spanish
• Background in healthcare accounts, clinics, or hospital support environments is required.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Willing and able to work fixed night shifts aligned to US client coverage needs (9pm-6am).
• Experience providing patient-facing virtual support.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital systems used for virtual medical support is a plus.
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMRs) is a plus.
• Experience using Google Workspace and email management is a plus.
