The Role:

We are seeking a talented and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, and agile environment. In this role, you will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to support key actions and achieve our business objectives. Your growing knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and optimization techniques will play a valuable role in supporting our marketing goals and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Assist in the execution of performance marketing strategies to help meet predefined goals.
• Support audience research and segmentation to help identify target demographics, interests, and behaviours for effective campaign targeting.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and performance summaries to communicate campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations to team leaders and stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance through ongoing data analysis and minor tactical adjustments to support key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in tracking advertising budgets and support data-driven allocation decisions across campaigns based on performance analysis and ROI.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to continuously learn and improve campaign techniques.
• Gather data for competitor analysis to help track the strengths, weaknesses, and strategies of key competitors.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Main requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience. Relevant work experience will be considered an advantage.
• Hands-on familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, META ads, X ads, Tik Tok ads, Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, and other relevant platforms will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in programmatic ads will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in daily workflows will be considered a plus.
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Highly organized and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
