The Role

Hybrid Working Requirement: Candidates should be flexible to attend our Marousi, Athens office 3 times per week. Please note that travel or commuting expenses will not be covered for candidates residing outside Attiki or outside a reasonable commuting distance.

This is an individual contributor role, and the successful candidate will not have direct people-management responsibilities.

We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Operations Lead to take full operational ownership of our marketing engine, website infrastructure, ABM initiatives, and analytics stack. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will manage our HubSpot ecosystem, oversee web operations, architect end-to-end Account-Based Marketing (ABM) infrastructure, and build comprehensive reporting in Looker. While your core focus centers on database health, web conversion, ABM tracking, and business intelligence, you will also integrate practical AI workflows to keep our tech stack modern and hyper-efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• ABM Campaign Execution & Infrastructure: Own the technical creation, setup, account-list segmentation, and multi-touch tracking for ABM campaigns. Build target-account dashboards to report on account engagement, opportunity influence, and pipeline generation.
• Looker Reporting & Analytics: Design, build, and maintain enterprise Looker dashboards to visualize full-funnel marketing performance, ABM account progression, campaign ROI, and revenue attribution.
• HubSpot & Web Management: Serve as the primary technical lead for our HubSpot portal and company website. Build, optimize, and maintain landing pages, global web forms, custom objects, database properties, and automated routing rules.
• Customer Journey & Conversion Optimization: Map, analyze, and continuously refine end-to-end customer journeys. Eliminate friction between initial form completes, target-account scoring, sales handoffs, and customer retention workflows.
• Pragmatic AI & Automation: Selectively deploy AI agents, smart automation, and enrichment workflows to streamline operations, enhance target-account data, and improve campaign execution velocity.
• Team Leadership & Development: Directly manage, mentor, and elevate the Marketing Operations Manager, establishing operational rigor, clear project ownership, and continuous technical growth.

Qualifications

• ABM & Multi-Channel Ops: Proven experience configuring, tracking, and reporting on target-account strategies using ABM platforms and CRM architectures.
• HubSpot & Web Expertise: Advanced, hands-on experience managing HubSpot portals, web forms, landing page structures, custom objects, and complex workflow automation. Experience collaborating with Sales/Revenue Operations to ensure seamless data flow between Marketing and Sales tools.
• Advanced Business Intelligence: Demonstrated success designing structured reporting models and interactive dashboards in Looker (or Google Looker Studio) to track complex B2B funnels.
• Customer Journey Optimization: Track record of auditing website conversion paths, optimizing lead-capture forms, and refining lead-to-opportunity handoff mechanics.
• Pragmatic AI Capability: Working knowledge of applying AI tools, automated agents, or data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Zapier/Make, OpenAI integrations) to improve marketing operations.
• People Leadership: Experience directly managing and developing dedicated operations roles (specifically a Marketing Operations Manager), with strong skills in cross-functional alignment and executive reporting.
