Senior Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting and improving the Company's operational processes, financial monitoring, cloud cost management, internal systems, and corporate governance activities.

This role will work closely with technical, project, finance, and management teams to ensure operational activities are well-managed, costs are controlled, compliance requirements are maintained, and internal processes remain efficient and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cloud Cost & Financial Operations

• Monitor and analyze cloud spending across AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba, and other cloud platforms.
• Track cloud budgets, usage, cost allocation, and monthly spending across projects and business units.
• Identify unusual spending, cost variances, unused resources, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Support cloud cost optimization initiatives, including resource rightsizing, credits, Reserved Instances, and Savings Plans.
• Prepare monthly cost and financial reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly monitoring of operational and overhead expenses.

2. Operations & Internal Systems

• Manage and maintain internal operational tools and systems, including Jira and related platforms.
• Support workflow configuration, permissions, documentation, and system administration.
• Monitor operational workflows and identify bottlenecks, manual processes, and areas for improvement.
• Work with relevant teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

3. Compliance & Corporate Certification

• Maintain and monitor corporate licenses, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate renewal schedules and follow up with relevant internal teams and external parties.
• Support company certifications and compliance initiatives such as ISO and other applicable standards.
• Provide required documentation and certification materials to Sales, Business Development, and project teams when required.

4. Process Improvement & Automation

• Review existing operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Develop and implement process improvements using automation, system integrations, scripts, or AI tools where applicable.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure operational processes are properly standardized.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

5. Reporting & Stakeholder Support

• Prepare regular operational, financial, and management reports.
• Translate operational and cost data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Technical Teams, Finance, Sales, and Management to support business requirements.
• Provide timely follow-up and ensure assigned operational activities are completed within the required timeline.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, IT Operations, FinOps, Project Support, or a related role.
• Good understanding of operational and financial processes, including budgeting, cost monitoring, and expense tracking.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud cost management is an advantage.
• Experience with Jira administration or other internal business systems is an advantage.
• Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, or automation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of FinOps or cloud cost optimization.
• Experience with Jira workflow and permission management.
• Exposure to ISO, corporate certification, compliance, or audit processes.
• Experience with automation, scripting, system integrations, or AI-based productivity tools.
