Responsibilities:
Support IT portfolio planning, prioritization, and regular reviews, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, expected business benefits, risks, and available resources.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable insights, business cases, roadmaps, and management presentations.
Maintain and manage application portfolio information using LeanIX, ensuring accurate documentation of application ownership, dependencies, and alignment with business initiatives.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to monitor IT costs, budget forecasts, resource allocation, and project delivery progress.
Collaborate with Business, IT, and Finance teams to improve data quality, automate reporting processes, and enhance cost allocation transparency.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, support the implementation of IT governance processes, document key decisions, and follow up on agreed actions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize portfolio management, reporting, and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Business Analysis, IT Portfolio Management, IT Governance, or IT Transformation projects.
Hands-on experience with LeanIX, including application portfolio management, application ownership, and dependency mapping.
Strong practical experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, and data modeling.
Good understanding of IT financial management, including cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
Experience supporting portfolio prioritization, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business questions into clear recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across Business, IT, and Finance teams.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver structured, high-quality outputs.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
Interest in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve business analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in Strategy Consulting, Management Consulting, or internal advisory roles.
Experience contributing to IT governance frameworks and portfolio management process improvements.
Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven improvements in reporting and analytical workflows.
