We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with a strong technical background and proven experience delivering end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and understand business and functional requirements;

• Design, develop and implement dashboards and reports using Power BI;

• Develop complex calculations and business logic using DAX;

• Build and transform data using Power Query (M);

• Design and maintain robust data models;

• Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions;

• Optimize report, query and data model performance;

• Support the implementation and evolution of BI solutions;

• Work closely with both technical and business stakeholders;

• Manage Power BI Service environments, including workspaces, gateways and deployments;

• Contribute to data warehouse and ETL/ELT initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience as a Power BI Developer;

• Proven end-to-end project experience, from requirements gathering through implementation and delivery;

• Strong experience with Power BI;

• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M);

• Solid SQL experience;

• Strong knowledge of Data Modeling, including dimensional models, relationships and metric definition;

• Ability to work autonomously and translate business needs into analytical solutions;

• Experience optimizing reports and data models;

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams;

• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail;

• Focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric;

• Knowledge of Data Warehouses;

• Experience with ETL/ELT processes;

• Experience with Power BI Service, Workspaces, Gateways and Deployment;

• Experience working in Agile environments.
