As Creative Strategist, you will sit at the intersection of performance marketing and our creative team, translating data into the stories, hooks, and formats that drive Yepoda's paid social growth. Your focus is to turn day-to-day performance metrics into actionable creative direction, keeping design, content, and influencer teams aligned on what's winning and why, while building the testing roadmaps that keep our creative pipeline ahead of platform trends.
Your Tasks
Deliver detailed, actionable creative briefs, direct-response copy, and frame-by-frame storyboards for the design team.
Monitor day-to-day micro-metrics (thumb-stop ratios, 3-second hold rates, CTR) to rapidly diagnose asset performance and propose modular iterations.
Act as the bridge between performance and creative by streamlining the asset request pipeline and managing the feedback loop between media buyers and designers.
Supply the in-house production and influencer teams with data-backed insights, winning hooks, and performance trends to guide their shoots.
Proactively design and build A/B testing roadmaps for new hooks, visual formats, and messaging angles.
Define and map specific creative concepts and angles to targeted consumer personas for both evergreen (BAU) and seasonal campaigns.
Spot native platform trends by maintaining a swipe file of Meta vs. TikTok content and mapping competitor strategies.
Present monthly reviews by synthesizing weekly learnings into macro-level creative presentations for stakeholders.
Own post-click/CRO alignment by auditing and advising on e-commerce landing pages to ensure the post-click experience matches the ad narrative.
Build secondary channel playbooks by adapting winning Meta/TikTok creatives for expansion channels like Pinterest, Snapchat, or Reddit.
Your Profile
4+ years of experience in a creative strategy or content strategy, ideally within a D2C or e-commerce brand and in touch with performance marketing.
Proven experience optimizing paid social creative assets for Meta and/or TikTok, with a strong understanding of how platform algorithms use creative signals to define audience targeting.
Comfortable working with performance data (thumb-stop ratios, hold rates, CTR) to diagnose what's working and translate it into new creative angles, not just report on it.
Experience writing creative briefs, scripts, or storyboards for a design team; visual production skills (e.g. Canva) are a plus but not required.
Strong cross-functional collaborator, comfortable aligning performance marketing, design, content, and influencer teams around a shared creative direction.
Familiarity with workflow and creative analytics tools (e.g. Motion or similar).
Fluent in English; Italian or French language is a plus.
