Data Solution Architect

Task

Design and oversee end-to-end data solutionsAct as the main link between business stakeholders and technical teamsDevelop high-level designs and blueprints for data ingestion, processing, and storageDefine and implement technical strategies for migrating data from traditional databases to cloud environmentsEnsure all data solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, data models, and security guidelinesIntegrate data architectures with advanced analytics and AI initiativesProvide guidance to engineering teams throughout the development and operational phases

Expectation

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related fieldAt least 4 years of experience as a Data Solution Architect, Data Architect, or Senior Data EngineerDeep knowledge of modern Data Lakehouse and Cloud Data Warehouse architectures, especially on AWS (such as S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, EMR, Lake Formation, Kinesis/MSK)Strong skills in data modeling including Dimensional/Kimball, Data Vault 2.0, 3NF, Semantic Layer modeling, and Data Product contractsHands-on experience with modernizing legacy data warehouses, building ETL/ELT pipelines, working with streaming data (Kafka/EventBridge), and implementing data quality frameworksSolid understanding of data governance including data catalogs, lineage, quality frameworks, GDPR compliance, and access controlExcellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills in both English and Hungarian

Other

Familiarity with Knowledge Graphs, vector search, RAG architectures, and integrating data for AI/MLExperience in telecommunications data domains
