Senior Sales Performance Manager

Task

Monitoring channel performance and driving improvement actions across frontline and supporting functionsEstablishing and maintaining regular performance review processes with sales and marketing teamsIdentifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and coordinating corrective actionsPreparing business analyses and developing business cases to support decision-makingContributing to company target setting and planning processesAnalyzing complex business problems and providing data-driven recommendationsCollecting, prioritizing, and managing business demands towards channelsTranslating business needs into actionable requirements for marketing and other supporting functionsSupporting channel strategy development through performance insights, commercial analysis, and business impact assessments

Expectation

University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving and systems-level thinkingUnderstanding of complex business processes and a strategic mindsetAt least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience including working with and interpreting data and analyticsFluent spoken and written Hungarian and EnglishProficient IT skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
