Join Yext, a leading technology company, as a Platform Consultant. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for configuring the Yext platform, managing data, and delivering exceptional solutions. You will work closely with clients, execute implementation tasks, manage project deliverables, and ensure effective communication with both clients and internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates have experience in software implementation, consulting, or similar client-facing roles, and possess a strong technical background.
Missions
- Lead large projects and client accounts as a client-facing role on the Expert Services team, managing project deliverables and ensuring effective communication.
- Advise customers on the application of Yext technology to achieve brand visibility results, utilizing consulting and solution architecture skills.
- Facilitate and manage the completion of implementations and/or ad hoc enhancement and maintenance requests/projects for assigned client accounts, ensuring accurate configuration of the platform.
Profil recherché
- Ideal candidates have experience configuring or implementing B2B technology, can build positive relationships, and quickly learn the parts of our business- BA/BS degree in any subject area, or similar college level education
- Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong ability to communicate complex problems
- Strong data modeling and technical background (such as website development, data integrations, CRM design and management experience), with demonstrated ability of building scalable technical solutions
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency and interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage, optimization, and tool creation
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
- 3-6 years of experience in Software Implementation, Consulting, or similar client-facing roles - preferably SaaS
- Takes pride in providing a high level of service and delivering consistent performance
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them to your work
- Strong attention to detail, organized, process-driven
- Must be available for occasional travel (less than 5%)
