This position is primarily responsible for representing the YMCA personally and in a professional manner in accordance with the mission and goals of the YMCA of Greater Boston. Under the leadership and direction of the Director of Operations, this position is also responsible for the planning and implementation of youth development and teen activities, ensuring that the program participants receive a quality experience which maintains health and safety as a priority. The programs should include informal, educational and recreational activities which are appropriate for each age and stage of development and support the Y’s 3 focus areas; Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility.
