About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer to help shape Yodeck’s visual presence across marketing, digital, and brand touchpoints.

In this role, you will work across a wide range of creative projects - from campaigns, motion graphics, and product marketing assets to website visuals, presentations, social media content, and branded experiences. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to deliver work that is visually strong, clear, and aligned with Yodeck’s brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong design craft. We’re looking for a designer who enjoys thinking across formats, and bringing ideas to life through both static and motion design.

Experience working with established brand systems in a B2B SaaS environment is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets across web, digital campaigns, social media, presentations, video, motion graphics, and branded content.
• Design motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns and digital experiences.
• Support the development and evolution of Yodeck's visual identity and brand design system, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns, product launches, events, and other creative initiatives.
• Create concepts, mockups, and production-ready assets from idea through final delivery.
• Support video and multimedia production, including pre-production, production planning, post-production, motion graphics, and visual effects (VFX).
• Contribute to creative ideation, content production, and asset creation across multiple marketing initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards, meeting deadlines, and contributing ideas within the design team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Marketing Design, or similar creative roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, motion graphics, video content, and visual storytelling across multiple formats.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, and digital design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and experience with Cavalry or another motion design tool.
• Strong motion design skills, including animation principles, video editing, compositing, visual effects, and multimedia production techniques.
• Experience managing creative projects from concept and production planning through final delivery.
• Experience using modern creative and AI-powered tools as part of design and content production workflows.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a cross-functional team.
