Business Development Manager는 고객의 운영 및 워크플로우에 대한 깊은 이해를 바탕으로 산업 전반의 비즈니스 및 운영 이슈를 파악하고, 고객의 니즈를 충족시키는 최적의 솔루션을 제시함으로써 실질적인 가치 창출에 집중하는 것을 주요 목적으로 합니다.
Yokogawa의 디지털 전환(DX) 여정에서 Sales Consultant는 산업별 요구사항을 체계적으로 지원하고, Smart Manufacturing 및 IA2IA 프로그램을 통해 ‘운영 혁신’(Operational Excellence)을 실현하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 수행합니다. 또한, 다양한 글로벌 프로젝트 경험과 함께 전사적 협업을 통해 전문성을 강화하며, 글로벌 트레이닝과 거점 간의 네트워크 형성을 통해 지속적으로 역량을 확장할 수 있는 기회를 갖게 됩니다.
[Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities]
시장 조사 및 경쟁 분석 산업 동향을 모니터링하고 시장 조사를 수행하며, 경쟁사의 제품 및 서비스를 분석하여 영업팀에 유용한 인사이트를 제공합니다.
영업 지원 고객 요구사항을 파악하고 맞춤형 솔루션 개발에 협력하며, 제품/서비스 관련 마케팅 자료 제작 및 판촉 활동을 지원합니다.
제안서 및 견적 지원 복잡한 제안서 및 견적서 작성 시, 기술적인 세부사항을 제공하고 고객 요구에 부합하는 최적의 솔루션을 제안합니다.
산업 및 고객 세그먼트 전문성 제공 특정 산업군 또는 고객군에 대한 전문지식을 바탕으로, 맞춤형 솔루션 개발을 주도하여 영업 효율성을 높이고 시장 점유율 확대에 기여합니다.
기술 지원 및 사내 교육 제품/서비스의 기술적인 부분에 대해 영업팀 및 관련 부서에 교육을 제공하고, 기술 문의에 대응합니다.
고객 관계 유지 및 신뢰 구축 기존 고객과의 관계를 지속적으로 관리하고 신뢰를 구축하여, 고객 만족도와 재구매율을 향상시킵니다.
내부 직원 교육 직원들이 고객과의 효율적인 커뮤니케이션을 할 수 있도록 필요한 프로세스를 교육하고, 효과적인 미팅 진행 방법을 안내합니다.
[Qualifications and Experience]
학력: 전기전자, 소프트웨어 공학 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위 이상
경력: 신재생에너지 분야 6년 이상~25년 이하 (특히 풍력 발전 또는 EPC 회사 근무 경험 우대)
필수 역량
비즈니스 영어 필수 (일본어 능력 우대)
시장 및 경쟁사 분석 역량
기술적 내용을 명확하게 전달할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력
재생에너지 분야의 기술전문성 및 시장 이해력
고객 중심의 문제 해결 역량
