1. Department Diagnosis and Performance Improvement
Conduct a rapid assessment of the sales department's current status by analyzing revenue performance, customer portfolio, sales processes, team capabilities, and management issues. Identify the key factors affecting business performance and develop specific, actionable improvement plans.
2. Change Leadership and Culture Transformation
Lead the transformation of the sales team's work attitude, execution discipline, customer focus, and performance mindset. Build a proactive, accountable, and results-oriented team culture, while supporting team members in adapting to organizational change.
3. Workforce Planning and Team Development
Review team structure, roles and responsibilities, and employee fit based on business strategy and performance requirements. Conduct talent assessments and provide recommendations on employee development, reassignment, and recruitment to build a capable, agile, and high-performing sales team.
4. Business Strategy and Performance Management
Develop business direction, annual and quarterly targets, sales strategies, and action plans in alignment with the company's overall objectives, market conditions, and customer needs. Establish clear performance indicators and regular tracking mechanisms to ensure effective execution.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination and Executive Communication
Serve as the key liaison between the sales department, senior management, and functions such as Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources. Coordinate resources, resolve business issues, and regularly report business progress, risks, and improvement outcomes to senior management.
